Upstate Equipment-Bobcat of Twin Tiers is looking for smart, motivated, and dedicated people to join the team!

The Parts Specialist is responsible for assisting the Parts Manager with parts inventory, cycle count and ordering supplies needed for service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and equipment part sales
• Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in store
• Research equipment parts in the inventory system
• Stock incoming inventory and locate stored inventory
• Remain attentive to customer needs while operating in the best interest of the business
• Communicates with the Parts Manager about order and inventory needs
• Multitasking ability to succeed while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous work with Bobcat equipment parts is preferred but not required

Essential Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move heavy parts sometimes in excess of 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
